Getting started

Install MERLIN on your iPhone and sign in. The watch app installs with it; open MERLIN on your paired Apple Watch and follow the steps.

Connecting Sonos

In the iPhone app, open Connections, choose Sonos and sign in. Your speakers then appear by room.

Controlling your Mac

The Mac agent is optional. Install the MERLIN menu bar app on your Mac and pair it from the iPhone app under Devices.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel MERLIN Pro in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Export or delete everything in the iPhone app under Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept and for how long.
